For example, 150,000 MAL includes 20,000 licenses, then 80,000 at $5/1,000 and 50,000 at $3/1,000: $550 excess usage. Partial thousands are charged proportionally.
Excess usage is billed monthly on your billing date, including on annual plans. Your console shows the current estimate and the calculation. Subscription fees, optional hosting, and applicable taxes are separate.
