Choose one billing metric for the subscription. Your console may show both measures, but billing uses the selected metric.
Do failed license requests count as successful deliveries?
No. MAL measures successful license deliveries. A playback attempt can involve multiple license exchanges, so use the reporting tools to understand your workflow.
How are excess charges billed?
Usage above the allowance is charged progressively by band and billed monthly on the billing date, including on annual subscriptions.
What controls cancellation and renewal?
The applicable order and service terms define renewal and cancellation. Review them before completing checkout or agreeing an Enterprise contract.
What integration assistance is available?
Free initial integration assistance is available for your existing website or platform. Scope, response times, custom development, and ongoing support depend on the selected plan and project agreement.
