DRM-X Terms of Service
These terms govern company access to DRM-X 6.0 and any separately selected 1AICLOUD hosting and streaming services.
1. Company authority
The person registering represents that they are authorized to accept these terms for the identified company and that the registration information is accurate.
2. Trial and subscriptions
The 30-day trial begins only after business-email verification. The customer chooses MAU or MAL as its billing metric. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled under the applicable order.
3. Annual and usage charges
Annual Standard and Professional subscriptions are priced at ten times the monthly fee. Usage exceeding the selected plan allowance and optional 1AICLOUD storage or streaming allowances is billed under the published progressive rates.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for its applications, end-user authorization, license policies, account security, storage configuration, published URLs, and compliance with applicable law.
5. Content rights and acceptable use
The customer must comply with the Acceptable Use and Content Rights Policy. Haihaisoft may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate use connected to illegal, unauthorized, abusive, or prohibited content.
6. 1AICLOUD
1AICLOUD is Haihaisoft's optional hosting and streaming partner service. It is priced and metered separately from DRM-X licensing. Customers may instead configure supported customer-owned storage.
7. Service operation
Service availability, support, data retention, security responsibilities, and any enterprise SLA are defined by the applicable plan, order, documentation, and written agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
Haihaisoft may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, infringement claims, prohibited content, or material breach. Data export and retention are subject to the applicable plan and written notices.
9. Legal review
This published product draft must be approved and completed with governing law, liability, warranty, privacy, tax, dispute, and company-address provisions before commercial launch.
