Acceptable Use and Content Rights Policy
DRM-X protects lawful professional content. It is not an anonymous or general-purpose file-protection service.
Required rights
The customer must own the content or possess all copyright, distribution, encryption, playback, territorial, and other permissions required to protect and deliver it.
Prohibited content
Customers may not use DRM-X or 1AICLOUD to protect, package, host, stream, or distribute pornographic content; child sexual abuse or exploitative material; content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or promotes serious harm; or content prohibited by applicable sanctions or court order.
No circumvention
The service may not be used to conceal infringement, evade a takedown, defeat third-party rights, distribute malware, abuse platform or DRM credentials, probe other tenants, or interfere with service security.
Declarations and evidence
Haihaisoft may request ownership, license, identity, or distribution evidence. Customers must make an additional rights declaration when first creating or packaging protected content.
Reports and enforcement
Haihaisoft may preserve relevant evidence and may restrict packaging, disable delivery, quarantine hosted objects, suspend accounts, or terminate service while investigating a credible abuse, infringement, or legal report.
Customer cooperation
The customer must maintain an abuse contact, respond promptly to rights inquiries, comply with lawful takedown requests, and ensure its users and contractors follow this policy.
