These rates apply only above your plan allowance. Professional includes the first 50,000 licenses, including usage within the first rate band.
Standard example: 150,000 licenses in a month. The first 20,000 are included. The next 80,000 cost $5 per 1,000, and the remaining 50,000 cost $3 per 1,000. Additional license charges: $550. Partial thousands are charged proportionally.
Excess usage is billed monthly on your billing date, including on annual plans. Your console shows the current estimate and the calculation. Subscription fees, optional hosting, and applicable taxes are separate.

Do failed license requests count as successful deliveries?
No. Failed or denied requests are not charged. One playback may require multiple successful license issuances.

Usage above the allowance is charged progressively by band and billed monthly on the billing date, including on annual subscriptions.
What controls cancellation and renewal?
The applicable order and service terms define renewal and cancellation. Review them before completing checkout or agreeing an Enterprise contract.
